The ThermoPrint High Traffic Surfacing System offers a durable and versatile inlaid thermoplastic surfacing solution, ideal for enhancing pedestrian and vehicle pathways with its rapid installation and ability to open quickly to traffic. The system consists of imprinting a pattern into a heated asphalt surface, lifting the pattern stencil and filling the imprint with thermoplastic specially tooled to fill the imprint. The surface is then left to cool as the thermoplastic bonds to the pavement.

This system is tailored for high-traffic areas, providing a wear-resistant surface that seamlessly integrates with the asphalt.
